Change fee:

The change fee varies depending on the flight details and availability at the time the change is made. In addition‚ a €100 change fee will apply for each flight date change‚ subject to cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law.

Where can I make the change?

You can easily make the change without waiting for an agent right in the Manage My Booking section.

Who can make a change?

Changing your flight date is only possible for tickets purchased directly on our website (with a booking number starting with 252). In any other case‚ please contact the travel agency you booked through.
