Priority Pass Service

Our Priority Pass service helps you reduce waiting times at the airport and is available for purchase at various destinations (∗)‚ from the time of booking until 6 hours before departure.

The service includes (subject to availability at your destination):

  • Priority Check-in – Access to dedicated check-in counters with shorter queues.
  • Fast Track Security – Faster access through airport security checks.

How Can I Purchase the Service?

You can purchase the service yourself‚ depending on your booking reference number:

  • Booking Reference Number Starting with 252 - Through Manage My Booking.
  • Booking Reference Number Starting with 3 - You can purchase the service in one of two ways:
    Through the Personal Area – At any time after booking and up to 5 hours before your flight.
    Through Manage My Booking – Starting 7 days before your flight.
  • Booking Reference Number Starting with 5 - You can purchase the service in one of two ways:
    Through Manage My Booking – Starting 7 days before your flight.
    Through the Passenger Service Website – At any time after booking and up to 5 hours before your flight‚ using the phone number listed in your booking.

(∗) The service is available at selected destinations only‚ and the list of destinations may change from time to time. We recommend checking service availability in the system corresponding to your booking.
