Frequently Asked Questions

You don't have to check in early. You can easily check in at the airport counters for free.

To keep your journey smooth and comfortable‚ we recommend arriving on time:

Flights from Israel (Tel Aviv- at least 3 hours before the departure time stated on your ticket

Flights from all other destinations - at least 2 hours before the departure time stated on your ticket

To log into the system‚ you just need to enter:

  • A booking number starting with 252
  • The last name of one of the passengers

If your booking number looks different‚ we recommend checking with the travel agent you booked through.

If the boarding pass was issued with incorrect passport details‚ you must proceed to the airport check-in counters.

Boarding will not be permitted with incorrect information.

Changes cannot be made online after completing check-in (such as adding baggage or changing seats).

In such cases‚ we will be happy to assist at the airport check-in counters.

 
  • If only the departure time has changed – there is no need to reissue boarding passes
  • If any other changes occurred (such as destination or flight number) – please proceed to the airport counters
